  Delicious. Everything that a Korean restaurant should be. Great kimchi, great sulungtang.

  There were not very many options OB the menu.  Had the spicy seafood rice bowl. It was quite a large portion. Calamari pieces seemed fresh.  Lots of green onion garnish!  It was really spicy!  It came with typical side dishes.  
  
  Server was friendly,  though she did not hover at our table.
  
  It was an average meal though the price was good.

  God tier and authentic Korean restautant that specializes in savory soups, stews, and blood sausage!
  
  This place is perfect for a date or just eating out with friends or family; very fair prices! The customer service here is the best I've ever seen in years. Even without asking, she brought extra dipping sauces for our leftovers to take home!
  
  I am sad to eventually leave Georgia again because of work, but my wife and I will make this place a mandatory stop during our travels back and forth across the U.S. Thank you Kang Seo for your high standards in food, customer service, and warmth. See you again soon.

  Just wanted to post this for people who care about customer service. Kang Seo's food is good for the most part and my family and I have gone to this restaurant for the beef soup (Seol Nong Tang) and other dishes for the last few years.  But their service has always been hit or miss and today's experience was the last straw.  I went into order two basic beef soup to go which for a beef soup specialty restaurant should always be ready to go.  I placed my order and prepaid at 11 and the server (not the owner) who took my order said it should take 10 minutes.  At the time the restaurant wasn't that full and most of the customers were already eating which indicated to me that they probably didn't have standing orders ahead of me.  As I placed my order, a larger group of customers came in and sat down.  I left the restaurant and went to the BofA ATM and came back 10 minutes later, expecting to pick up my food.  But the same server asked what I'm waiting for and I said I put in a to-go order for two beef soups.  She then ran into the kitchen to check my order.  From that point I waited another 10 minutes (total of 20 minutes since my order) and asked why two bowls of soup to go was taking so long.  The incredibly rude and u friendly server proceeded to tell me that it's not the size of the order but the sequence in which the order was placed.  As I explained earlier, except for the large party that came in immediately after I placed my order, most customers were already eating or waiting for their orders.  I waited another 15 minutes and left the restaurant at 11:35am.  Not single word of apology for the delay; I totally get that orders can be backed up but to stand there and wait 35 minutes for a to-go order for two that the server told me would take 10 minutes, In my opinion, warranted some sort of an apology.  Lady, if you don't want to provide good customer service, don't freaking get a job in the service industry!! I will NEVER visit this restaurant again.  EVER!!

  Went here today for lunch with the folks after a long hiatus from this place. For a little bit there we heard that the food wasn't as good as it used to be so we stopped going. We were going to go to Myung Ga Won to get DdaRoGookBap (their beef and cabbage soup) but decided we didnt want to drive that far. We all had the Kang Seo Gook Bap which is their beef and cabbage soup. It had soft pieces of beef - pretty sure it was short rib pieces. We added da dae gi which is basically hot pepper flakes made into a paste. It was kind of hard and when it plopped into my mom's soup it made the soup splatter (across the table and onto my hand). The soup itself was flavorful and the portion size was good. It comes out boiling so I recommend you let it cool a bit before you dig in. Sea salt is at the table and they will give you a jar of da dae gi which is great because I use a lot. Their banchan is tasty and there are free refills so take advantage! Also they have a button on the table if you need anything. The waitresses are friendly, quick to replenish anything you need and so much nicer than the older waitresses that used to work there. Sorry, but I'm glad those ladies are gone. Their menu is pretty extensive. I stick to soups though. All of the ones I had in the past were good - including today's
